1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pub770 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name may be reversed and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC). pub770 targets withdrawal processing times of under 10 minutes for GCash and PayMaya e-wallet withdrawals, and same-day processing for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to banking hours and network conditions.

pub770 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the pub770 account.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on pub770 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pub770 does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside pub770's control and are your responsibility.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. pub770 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy. Players will be notified before any fees are applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions
